Terms and Conditions

  1. Add 25% catering fee for outside venue or 10% service charge for in-house.
  2. A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of the booking. Full payment should be made three (3) days prior to the event. Any additional charges incurred during the function should be settled immediately on the day of the event.
  3. Any function booked for less than 30 persons will incur an additional fee of PHP 100 per person, minimum.
  4. Any changes in the number of persons, time, or menu must be made three (3) days prior to the function.
  5. Any cancellations in full shall be subjected to a 15% charge plus other minor expenses incurred. Number of persons who attend will be the basis of the final billing, not number of persons booked.
  6. The function’s venue can be booked for a maximum of four (4) hours. This does not include set-up time. However, an overtime fee of PHP 2,000 will be levied for every hour incurred beyond the time allotted for the event, regardless of the number of persons at the time of close
  7. Corkage fee is as follows:
    • PHP 180 for every bottle of wine (750ml)
    • PHP 600 for every bottle of standard liquor (750ml)
    • PHP 1,000 for every bottle of premium hard liquor (750ml)
    • PHP 2,500 for the sound system
    • PHP 1,500 for the projector
  8. Electricity fee is fixed at PHP 2,500. This covers any equipment that will be used beyond Gourmet Gypsy Art Cafe’s basic sound system and projector.
